About the position
The Fitness Sales Associate (FSA) at HOTWORX is responsible for driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service in a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. This role involves engaging with potential and existing members, conducting studio tours, and promoting the HOTWORX brand within the community. The FSA will work in a dynamic environment, helping members achieve their fitness goals while contributing to the growth of the studio's membership base.
Responsibilities
- Show up on time with enthusiasm to execute job duties
- Meet and exceed membership sales goals
- Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales and onboarding
- Retain and grow membership by generating leads and community outreach
- Greet members and guests promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members
- Respond immediately to member requests and inquiries
- Promote the HOTWORX brand through outreach and community events
- Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities
- Ensure the fitness studio and equipment are clean and tidy
Requirements
- Previous commission-based sales experience
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of fitness studio operations and pricing
- Ability to conduct community outreach and promote services
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in fitness or wellness industry
- Familiarity with social media marketing
