Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hourly Assistant General Manager to join our team in Provo, UT. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. Our menu features unique selections, including scratch-baked bread and pastries, as well as delicious soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients. As an Hourly Assistant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop your team while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience by employing high-level business and budget strategy techniques, including labor management and food cost analysis, all while maintaining exemplary customer service. You will need to show respect by actively listening to the ideas, concerns, and feedback of your team, corporate support partners, vendors, and customers, facilitating necessary changes and improvements.
