Responsibilities

• Perform high dusting and cleaning of surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitize and spot clean surfaces below shoulder height using germicidal solutions.
• Clean bathrooms, including toilets and sinks, ensuring proper sanitation.
• Empty and clean trash cans, replacing liners as needed.
• Dust mop or vacuum floors, ensuring thorough cleaning under furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness of outside areas, including trash collection and sidewalk policing.
• Clean public common areas and food court, ensuring tables and chairs are sanitized and organized.
• Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary corrections.
• Provide friendly customer service and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations and cleaning methods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively.
• Experience operating powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.
• Understanding of safety practices related to cleaning chemicals.
