The Hourly HR Generalist position at Cobb & Douglas Public Health plays a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. Responsibilities

• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
• Assist with training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligned with organizational goals.
• Co-facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics and other relevant areas.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university OR two years of human resource experience.
• Knowledge of state personnel disciplines, classification, compensation benefits, etc.
• Knowledge of state personnel rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to use human resource-specific computer software (PeopleSoft, MUNIS, Workday).
