As a Quality Analyst at our Appleton, WI plant, you will play a crucial role in implementing quality system procedures and supporting our manufacturing teams. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including the Quality department, Process Leaders, Corporate Quality Team, Research and Development Team, and Management team, to drive our quality initiatives forward. Your primary responsibilities will include performing audits on quality checks, documentation, run conditions, and lock detectors. You will also be responsible for training employees on quality procedures and inspections, maintaining our document control program, and conducting 5S audits. Responsibilities

  • Implement quality system procedures and provide support to manufacturing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Quality department, Process Leaders, Corporate Quality Team, Research and Development Team, and Management team.
  • Perform audits on quality checks, documentation, run conditions, and lock detectors.
  • Train employees on quality procedures and inspections.
  • Maintain document control program and conduct 5S audits.
  • Drive safety initiatives within the team.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to understand and apply basic statistics.
  • Experience with quality software programs such as Minitab and SPC control charts.
  • Knowledge of SAP, AIB, and GMP.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of quality test equipment.
  • Prior experience with implementation of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) plans.
  • Ability to interpret product specifications, bills of materials, and pallet diagrams.
