Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing plants and retail stores.
• Create and maintain new vendors and items in SAP, PIMS, and Marwood.
• Create and maintain various databases, spreadsheets, and graphs.
• Track various market trends.
• Answer incoming calls and provide customer service.
• Compose letters and memos as needed.
• Support the MSP Administrative Supervisor and assist with special projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of MS Access.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and desire to learn and take on new tasks.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• High level of maturity, discretion, tact, and judgment.
• Obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work.
