About The Position

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission to make a positive impact in our community, one home at a time. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the cleaning task at hand. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various homes in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas, including Gull Lake, Richland, Galesburg, Comstock, Portage, and Mattawan. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to learn professional cleaning techniques, ensuring that you are well-equipped to deliver high-quality service. We value our team members and strive to create a positive and fun work environment where everyone supports each other. Our best cleaners earn an average of $26 per hour, and we offer weekly pay with direct deposits every Friday. Importantly, we respect your time off, as there are no night, weekend, or holiday shifts required.
