Clean Savvy LLC is seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team in Cape Coral, FL. This part-time position focuses on providing high-quality residential cleaning services primarily on weekends. The role involves various cleaning tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction through professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize surfaces.
• Sweep/mop floors and vacuum rugs, carpet, and fabric furniture.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and countertops.
• Empty trash and replace bags, cleaning garbage cans if needed.
• Dust cobwebs, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, and picture frames.
• Clean and deep clean appliances.
• Quickly declutter and organize spaces.
• Clean or spot clean walls, cabinets, and furniture.
• Wipe mirrors and clean windows/sliders when requested.
• Make beds and tidy up visible areas.
• Do laundry and fold when requested.
• Clean dishes or load/unload the dishwasher when requested.
• For vacation rentals: change linens and check for bedbugs, do laundry and fold.
• For vacation rentals: restock any provided supplies.
• For vacation rentals and move-in/move-out: inspect for damages or defective items and report to management.
• For vacation rentals and move-in/move-out: organize patio furniture and sweep/mop patio and garage when needed.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of professional cleaning experience in residential homes.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a car, and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Professional demeanor and good attitude when interacting with customers.
