About the position
The House Cleaner position at Molly Maid involves providing cleaning services to customers' homes, ensuring satisfaction through a proven cleaning process. This full-time role offers flexibility in scheduling, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for advancement within the company. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate supplies.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
