Responsibilities
- Travel to customers' homes as part of a two-person crew to perform routine and specific cleaning tasks.
- Provide top-quality cleaning services and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional manner.
- Manage time efficiently to handle daily tasks and maintain a high level of service.
- Identify and address any issues that arise during cleaning tasks without needing constant supervision.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and provide a dependable, insured vehicle for work.
- Availability required Monday to Friday between 7:45 am - 5:00 pm.
- Must successfully pass a nationwide criminal background check and drug screenings.
- Professional references are a plus.
