• Train, coach, and supervise DSPs assigned to the site to maintain high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with current standards of practice, company policies, safety, and regulations.

Requirements

• One year of DSP experience/certification.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and less than 3 driving offenses.
• High School diploma or GED required with proof.
• Criminal background check and physical required.
• Ability to complete a reading and comprehension quiz.
• Must meet requirements of a DCFS/CANT's check.
