About the position

The House Manager/Personal Assistant role at MicroArt Inc is a part-time position focused on providing support in household management and personal assistance tasks. The ideal candidate will be dependable, meticulous, and capable of following a checklist with minimal supervision after training. This position involves light housekeeping, pet care, meal preparation, and various administrative tasks, primarily in the Westwood/Beverly Hills area.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a checklist with minimal management after training.
  • Perform light daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
  • Provide pet care for 2 cats.
  • Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Run errands as needed.
  • Complete simple administrative tasks.
  • Maintain household supplies and manage inventory.

Requirements

  • Must speak, read, and write English.
  • No allergies to cats.
  • Must not be afraid of heights (some tasks require being on the 18th floor balcony).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Housekeeping preferred.
  • Must live within a 20-minute drive of Beverly Hills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
