About the position

The House Manager/Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Patel family by managing household operations and providing personal assistance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various administrative tasks, coordinate services, and ensure the smooth running of the household while also being available for personal assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating service calls with tradesmen and ensuring work is completed on-site.
  • Researching activities for children, restaurants, travel, airfare, tutors, and gift ideas.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and inventorying household supplies and replenishing as required.
  • Supervising any additional staff.
  • Providing personal assistant services to support household or property needs.
  • Making doctor's appointments and following up on prescription refills.
  • Driving to get cars washed and serviced.
  • Walking and caring for the family dog when necessary, including daily grooming.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of all duties.
  • A proactive approach to cleaning and maintaining spaces efficiently.
