About the position

As a House/Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in both residential and commercial spaces. This role requires core skills in cleaning, janitorial and custodial experience, as well as floor care expertise. You will ensure that all areas are spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for clients. A valid driver's license is essential for this role to ensure timely transportation to different job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in both residential and commercial settings.
• Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Handle floor care tasks including mopping, waxing, and buffing floors as needed.
• Execute commercial cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Utilize relevant skills in facilities maintenance and porter experience to ensure a clean and orderly environment.
• Possess a valid driver's license to travel between job sites efficiently.

Requirements

• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must have a dependable automobile.
• No drug-related issues or felonies on your background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in porter experience is preferred.
