The House Supervisor - RN position at Carroll County Memorial Hospital is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during shifts.
- Assist in the management of patient flow and staffing needs.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and administration.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Kentucky.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred or to be obtained within one year of employment.
- Two years of previous clinical experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
