About the position

The Analyst Administrator will work with our Business to Business Sales team to ensure customers' information needs are met with services and account maintenance to ensure information is delivered in a professional and timely manner. The Analyst Administrator will work closely with the sales team to provide brand consistent customer account maintenance, assist with projects including a variety of admin duties associated with account maintenance, Salesforce maintenance, email campaigns, etc. This position provides backup to the CRM Administrator for the maintenance of the organization's CRM (Salesforce) system. The Analyst Administrator provides marketing and reporting solutions in Salesforce.com that support business processes. The Analyst Administrator works closely with the leadership team in creating and updating procedures, developing strategies, account assignment and maintenance, and management. This position serves as the point person to manage the Householding account maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Complete projects related to Salesforce and Account Maintenance in the OMS to ensure data integrity and organization.
  • Organize, update and maintain sales information for each customer.
  • Customize, implement and manage fields, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce where and when needed.
  • Work with CRM administrator/Supervisor to understand data and programming needs.
  • Create customized solutions for customers with special programs and requirements.
  • Prepare invoices, price quotes, reports, memos, letters, presentations and other documents, using Word, Excel, database, or presentation software.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.
  • Develop, maintain and update library of customer sales presentation templates when/where applicable.
  • Communicate specific requirements and unify branding efforts specific to B2B when/where applicable.
  • Assist with the monitoring department staff for adherence to discount policies, data maintenance requirements, and other procedures.
  • Create messaging to team regarding best practices, goals, procedures, and news as required.
  • Configure user permissions for SharePoint and Salesforce as required.
  • Develop scenarios for configuration of the team's book of business.
  • Assist with the management of inbound lead assignments and research account ownership issues.
  • Create training as needed for various things such as customer maintenance, Corp Sales specific software, Salesforce, etc.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma required, a four-year college degree desired.
  • 1-2+ years applied sales support administration utilizing Salesforce and Data Loader (or similar tools).
  • 1-2+ years applied experience in operation of personal computers with the following software experience: Adobe and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including SharePoint, with advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Proven track record working under stringent deadlines and delivering desired results.
  • Demonstrated ability to proof-read and deliver accurate and grammatically correct documents.
  • 1-2+ years applied experience in training, coaching, and troubleshooting for software users.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with statistical analysis and business math skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
