About the position

The Household Sales Representative at Culligan by WaterCo is responsible for driving sales of water treatment solutions through consultative selling and relationship management. This role involves prospecting for new customers, conducting in-home consultations, delivering sales presentations, and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales targets. The representative will also document customer interactions and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' water needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations of Culligan's offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Stay updated on Culligan's products, services, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for timely installation of water treatment systems.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and personal transportation.
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability as a successful hunter, closer, and marketer.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-starter with a knack for solving complex problems.
• Ability to generate leads and build a territory.
