About the position

The Housekeeper position at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a full-time role focused on maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residents' apartments and common areas within a senior living community. The role emphasizes a commitment to service excellence and creating a welcoming environment for residents, ensuring they can enjoy a worry-free lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of resident apartments, patios/decks, and common areas.
• Maintain resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail for each resident served.
• Contribute to making the community a beautiful place for residents to live.

Requirements

• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
• Experience working in a team environment, ideally in a hospitality setting.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
