About the position
We are currently searching for a housekeeper/laundry attendant to work full-time in a healthcare setting. The role involves daily cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic environment for residents, including disinfecting bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and performing monthly deep cleaning duties.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms daily.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
- Dust surfaces and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
- Perform monthly deep cleaning tasks as required.
Requirements
- Must be flexible and able to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must work well with seniors and be able to collaborate with a partner or work independently.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Nice-to-haves
- Housekeeping experience is preferred but not necessary.
