Responsibilities

• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored; report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Adhere to housekeeping management protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices and custodial duties is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
