About the position

The Housekeeper position at Lorraine Lee Estate Staffing involves providing high-level housekeeping services for a luxury residence in Orlando, FL. This live-out role requires a highly organized and professional individual to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a large home while collaborating with a dedicated household team. The position includes periodic travel, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with long-term staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of a 13,000 sq. ft. luxury home with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
  • Provide detailed housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining fine furnishings and surfaces.
  • Care for two Mastiff dogs (one senior, one puppy) as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of staff, including 2 full-time chefs, 1 part-time chef, 2 butlers, a house manager, and supplemental housekeepers when the family is in residence.
  • Assist with packing/unpacking for travel.
  • Conduct daily visits to the family's Windermere property when the family is not in residence.
  • Be willing to travel with the family for up to 3-4 weeks at a time, with all travel expenses covered.
  • When traveling, accommodations are provided in a private condo.
  • Receive training from experienced housekeepers to ensure familiarity with household routines and expectations.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience as a housekeeper in large private homes or estates.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable caring for large dogs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Flexibility for travel is required.
  • Previous experience in high-end or luxury environments.
