About the position

At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to put the world on vacation, and as a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in supporting our resort operations. This position involves cleaning resort units to maintain our high-quality standards, ensuring that every guest enjoys a clean and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for cleaning various areas within the resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. Adhering to our housekeeping detail standards is essential, as is maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude while working as part of a team. Your daily tasks will include cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, as well as making beds and replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries. You will also sort, count, fold, and carry linens, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable. A key aspect of this role is to maintain positive relationships with guests and associates, responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. You will be expected to handle guest issues to resolution, contributing to an improved guest experience. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners. You must be able to work independently while following instructions and maintaining a focus on teamwork.
