About the position

The Housekeeping Attendant position is focused on delivering exceptional service to guests and maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. The role involves cleaning guest rooms according to company standards, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, and responding to guest requests to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as necessary or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports any guest property left in rooms to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists guests with reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Cleans other areas of the hotel as assigned by management, including common areas and associate breakrooms.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
