This part-time position involves cleaning various areas of the resort, including guest units, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for replenishing supplies and addressing guest inquiries to enhance overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
• Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
• Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
