You will be responsible for following established procedures and hotel standards while working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests. In this role, you will be expected to keep your linen cart organized, ensuring it is well-stocked and neat at all times. You will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance issues within guest rooms, such as problems with fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC systems, to ensure that all areas are in good working order. Security of your equipment, keys, and supplies is paramount, and you will need to maintain vigilance in this regard. Additionally, you will be tasked with reporting any lost and found items to your supervisor, ensuring that all guest belongings are handled with care. Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner is a key aspect of this position, as we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
  • Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
