Maintaining the security of your equipment, keys, and supplies is essential, as is reporting any lost and found articles to your supervisor. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.

  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
  • Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow procedures and hotel standards for cleaning and servicing guest rooms.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and well-stocked linen cart.
  • Attention to detail to identify areas needing maintenance or repair.
  • Ability to maintain security of equipment and supplies.
  • Good communication skills to report lost and found items and respond to guest requests.
