You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, adhering to the hotel's procedures and standards. In this role, you will keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well-stocked, and ready for use. You will also be responsible for reporting any areas within guest rooms that require attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC systems. Maintaining the security of your equipment, keys, and supplies is essential, as is reporting any lost and found articles to your supervisor. Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner is a key aspect of this position, as we strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
  • Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
