In this role, you will also be tasked with keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well-stocked, and easily accessible. You will need to report any areas within guest rooms that require attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC systems, and more. Maintaining the security of your equipment, keys, and supplies is essential, as is reporting any lost and found articles to your supervisor. Additionally, you will be expected to respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner, showcasing our commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
  • Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
