You will also be responsible for keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well-stocked, and ready for use. In this role, you will report any areas within guest rooms that require attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC systems. Maintaining the security of your equipment, keys, and supplies is essential, as is reporting any lost and found articles to your supervisor. Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner is also a key part of your job.
