As a Housekeeper, you will be tasked with keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well-stocked, and organized. You will also be responsible for reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC systems, etc. Maintaining the security of your equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you is essential. Additionally, you will need to report lost and found articles to your supervisor and respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and stocked linen cart.
  • Attention to detail to report areas needing attention in guest rooms.
  • Ability to maintain security of issued equipment and supplies.
  • Good communication skills to respond to guest requests.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
