About the position

The Housekeeper position at 5755 Hermann Park Apartments is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including common areas and amenities. This role involves routine cleaning tasks, ensuring a tidy environment, and supporting other on-site staff. The Housekeeper will also perform specific duties related to pool maintenance and assist with preparing vacated apartments for re-renting.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and picks up trash from around trash dumpster, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance at all times.
• Cleans and arranges furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s).
• Tests chemical level of pool water on a daily basis and checks to maintain proper chemical balance.
• Cleans and maintains club facilities in an orderly, presentable and decorative fashion.
• Maintains cleanliness of office and all other amenity and common area facilities.
• Thoroughly cleans out vacated apartments designated by supervisor and prepares same for make-ready and re-renting.
• Incorporates both safety and customer service in the performance of all job duties.
• Maintains consistent and punctual attendance record.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• Previous groundskeeper experience is highly preferred

Nice-to-haves

• Pool operators certificate
• Prior apartment cleaning experience is highly preferred
