Responsibilities
- Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public use spaces.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize carpets, and clean surfaces throughout the community.
- Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required.
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and guests.
