Responsibilities

• Communicate with Dispatch and Management at all times.
• Use simple cleaning equipment effectively.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and quality work.
• Demonstrate incredible communication skills.
• Follow directions accurately.
• Exhibit integrity, reliability, and courteousness in all interactions.
• Maintain physical fitness to walk/stand for 8 to 10 hours.
• Lift, push, and pull weights between 35 to 75 lbs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Climb a 1 to 2-story ladder if required.

Requirements

• Experience in the home maintenance industry, particularly in cleaning.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable method of transportation.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different job types.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
