About the position

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the community with attention to detail.
• Clean and fold laundry, including personal items.
• Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust within a positive team environment.

Requirements

• One or more years of housekeeping experience (preferred).
• Compassionate communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to assist others with limited mobility and lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
