About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and addressing safety concerns. The technician will also take on maintenance responsibilities in the absence of the Service Manager and is expected to carry out tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
