As part of our Housekeeping staff, the Housekeeper provides overall support to the operations of the Housekeeping department. The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to ensure that guest rooms are cleaned to the expected standards, adhering to speed requirements and maintaining a detailed level of cleanliness while offering exceptional guest service. This role requires working in a team atmosphere, contributing to the upkeep and presentation of rooms and other locations as assigned. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, polishing furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms, as well as being responsible for amenity replenishment. Additionally, the Housekeeper may be involved in deep cleaning projects and/or floor care within areas as required. The position also entails offering general assistance and support for the department, leadership, and the company, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
