About the position

The Housekeeping and Hospitality Manager at Cline Family Cellars & Jacuzzi Family Vineyards is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team and managing guest house hospitality across multiple properties. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, managing guest bookings, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction during special events and regular operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise full and part-time housekeeping staff and manage scheduling for all facilities.
  • Oversee housekeeping scheduling at all guest houses and residences.
  • Schedule housekeeping for special events and assist with setup and breakdown as required.
  • Manage inventory of glassware, linens, and event supplies for special events.
  • Handle all décor and setup for in-house special events at all venues.
  • Oversee reservation system and manage guest bookings and communication for short-term rental properties.
  • Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist in developing and managing the housekeeping budget and monitor expenses.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years previous housekeeping experience.
  • Management experience required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
