About the position
The Housekeeper position at Magnolia Living & Rehabilitation is essential for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff. This role involves ensuring compliance with health standards and contributing to a safe, home-like atmosphere within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and other common areas.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Wash walls and woodwork.
- Wash windows, door panels, and windowsills.
- Empty trash and waste in the disposal area.
- Replenish supplies in resident suites, on housekeeping carts, and throughout the facility as required.
Requirements
- Previous nursing home experience preferred.
