About the position

Housekeeping Office Clerks play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes by handling administrative duties, assisting with dispatching housekeepers, and reuniting guests with their lost items. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide great service to Cast Members and Guests
  • Respond to a high volume of radio and phone calls to and from Cast Members
  • Work with Microsoft Office programs to update and maintain reports and information daily
  • Assist the Lost and Found department in locating and returning lost items to guests
  • Prepare, monitor, and file work assignments daily
  • Keep inventory accounts for radios and electronic devices (e.g., iPhones)
  • Monitor daily Housekeeping operating systems
  • Work individually and as part of a team
  • Pay attention to small details and multitask effectively

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent hospitality skills
  • Speed, accuracy, and efficiency in work
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to follow instructions and take direction
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
  • Supportive of team members
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
  • Comfortable using a radio and proficient with technology

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous work experience in a hotel or reception environment
  • Housekeeping knowledge or work experience
  • Office and/or administrative assistant experience
