About The Position
This position provides supervision and inspections for patient and non-patient areas assigned. This position is responsible for scheduling work assignments with Housekeepers in assigned areas by priorities to maintain the sanitation level required by NCDHHS, JCAHO, HIMH and other survey standards. This position will make adjustments to work assignments to balance workload by same classification when staff is out on leave. This position will monitor cleaning procedures and give instruction to assure correct procedures are being followed. This position will inform Environmental Services employees and Nursing Service personnel of cleaning products available and how products are to be used and the manufacturer's dilution ratio. This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events.
