About the position
The Housekeeping Supervisor at Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the Housekeeping staff.
- Prepare room attendant boards for daily assignments.
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping team members.
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness meets high standards.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and questions to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or three years in the Housekeeping department.
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
