Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Clean guest rooms, including dusting, polishing furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Make up beds and change linens as needed.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries and writing materials.
• Monitor and manage guest laundry requests.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
• Organize work schedules based on room status and guest arrivals/departures.
• Respond to guest queries and requests promptly.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning recommended.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift and push loads of about 30 lbs.
