Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products
• Cleans guest laundry washer/dryer, tables, and mops floors as needed
• Delivers items to guest rooms such as towels, extra pillows, and supplies
• Responds to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Reports and delivers lost & found items to the appropriate office/department
• Works in a team environment and assists all team members to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.

Requirements

• Highly organized
• Ability to work the majority of the shift in a standing position
• Constantly moving and able to lift 20 pounds
• Strong guest service skills
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
