Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage, placing it in designated containers.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in assigned areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing safe lifting standards.
• Assist with banquet table and front of house setup as requested.
• Help with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to operate large kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food service environments.
• Physical ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.
