About the position

The Housing Services Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Housing Services programs, including the Empire Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) and HUD-aligned initiatives. This role involves managing case managers and ensuring the effective delivery of services to residents, with a focus on securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of Housing Services programs.
• Manage case managers of varying specialties.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services to residents engaged in programming.
• Support residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing.
• Foster a supportive environment that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of housing services and supportive housing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HUD-aligned initiatives.
• Familiarity with the Empire Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI).
• Background in social services or community development.
