On the exterior, the responsibilities extend to painting, repairing fences and walkways, performing landscaping duties, and removing litter to maintain a clean and safe environment. The individual will also be tasked with estimating equipment needs by evaluating the condition of the units, ordering materials, maintaining service records, and processing necessary paperwork. Other duties include cleaning work areas, repairing equipment, assisting with special carpentry projects as needed, delivering appliances, responding to emergency maintenance calls, and providing guidance to personnel as required.
