Responsibilities

• Train Partners and direct their work, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Provide coaching on superior customer service and assist customers with product selections.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee effective production planning and execution in specific departments as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 6 months of related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert knowledge of department production stations and quality standards.
