About the position

The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization, focusing on building advertising products for app and gaming clients. The role involves strategizing product solutions based on mobile marketing trends, collaborating with various teams to develop customer-centric solutions, and driving ad revenue growth in the NAMER region.

Responsibilities

  • Affect the strategy/direction of product solutions based on knowledge of trends in mobile marketing, particularly in Mobile Gaming and App Services.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for mobile app ads.
  • Collaborate with the gaming product team to build customer-centric solutions for mobile gaming advertisers globally, focusing on NAMER advertisers.
  • Develop programs through the lens of clients to drive business outcomes and be accountable for NAMER ad revenue growth in alignment with Sales.
  • Utilize data to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence product development for gaming business growth.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or above
  • 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, specifically in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of app measurement industry solutions (SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P app ads attribution, MMP) and experience with qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to build strong compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for different audiences.
  • Gaming experience with a technology company, media agency, or consulting firm.
