About the position

The HR & Accounting Administrator/Office Manager at EnviroServices & Training Center, LLC is responsible for overseeing HR and accounting functions while ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive work environment. The role involves direct reporting to a Principal of the firm and includes a variety of administrative and supervisory tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct HR and accounting/payroll duties using ADP and Ajera software
  • Create and maintain a pleasant work environment requiring high levels of communication, organization, and detail
  • Accurately handle administrative duties, ensure the smooth running of the office, arrange any necessary repairs and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation
  • Provide general administrative support to employees and address employee queries regarding office management issues
  • Partner with other Admin staff to update and maintain office policies and accounting/payroll policies and procedures as necessary
  • Supervise duties and responsibilities of the Front Office Admin, back up support for front desk coverage
  • Coordinate with IT on office/computer/phone related equipment, software and licensing
  • Coordinate company events and meetings
  • Liaise with insurance agent, property manager, clients and vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Trustworthy, collaborative, conscientious, and hard-working attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and within the work group
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Must function with considerable independence and exercise discretion in applying policies and procedures, requiring extensive knowledge of company programs and objectives
  • Proficient with PC and MS Office
  • Valid driver's license
