About the position

The HR Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our organization. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments within the company. Responsibilities

  • Restocking office supplies and managing supplies station inventory.
  • Processing all General Affairs-related monthly invoices and corporate card expense reports.
  • Managing office assets including print equipment and corporate mobile devices.
  • Supporting expatriate employees during the relocation process.

Requirements

  • Korean bilingual
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software (SAP, MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen situations effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a similar coordination role within a corporate environment.
  • Certification in facilities management, office administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives in workplace management.
  • Working experience in a manufacturing environment.
